The Jazz Chisholm Foundation was born from one athlete’s desire to give back — not someday, but now. As Jazz Chisholm rose through the ranks of Major League Baseball, he never lost sight of where he came from: Nassau, Bahamas, where opportunity isn’t guaranteed but talent is everywhere.
Launched to create meaningful change in the lives of young athletes and their families, the foundation operates across three key regions — New York, Florida, and The Bahamas — targeting high-need communities where resources are scarce but potential is limitless.
